Eight Years of R&D

We started with composites to protect against ballistic, blast and forced entry threats. That is the reason why our building technology is strong and durable.

Research of various composite armor systems and materials.

Development of flexible thermo plastic adhesives and blast films.

Successful certification of first generation armor wall panel for ballistics, blast and forced entry.
(US Department of Defense guidelines)
Successful tests of first modular steel shelter technology and forced entry certification.

Development of the MMC-3 composite armor matrix with increased strength and lower weight. Successful preliminary testing.
Development of MSE (Modular Structural Elements) technology for shelters using a new fiber reinforced fire resisting polymer. (strong as steel but four times lighter)

Introduction of a modular low cost housing system based on the MSE technology and the new fiber reinforced polymer.
Introduction of the first low weight blast and fire resisting ULD (airline container) using our shelter and materials technology.

Replacing exterior and interior walls with just one panel, resulting in a stronger building for less money. It also gave us more size flexibilty and increased insulatiion .

Development of a new modular building technology, MMC - Manufactured Modular Construction. Ordered all materials to build four small prototype homes.

Moving into our first assembly plant in Honduras. After 6 month of COVID lockdown, we started to make the components for our prototypes.

Ready to start production of version 8.
